What is Business Criminal Law?<\/h2>\n

Le Business criminal law<\/strong> law is made up of the rules of law concerning the offenses that may occur in business life<\/strong>, and also all the economic rules <\/strong> that may be penalized.<\/span><\/p>\n

This recent branch of criminal law<\/a> presents important specificities<\/strong>, but remains subject to the major fundamental <\/strong> principles governing general criminal law. Among these particularities are, for example, the limitation periods <\/strong> for public action, which benefit from a specific regime, or the sometimes unclear delimitation of the boundaries of certain offenses.<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In terms of business criminal law , the offense of <\/strong><\/span>corruption<\/strong> (active and passive),<\/span>bankruptcy<\/strong>, <\/span>counterfeiting<\/strong>, <\/span>fraud<\/strong> (simple or aggravated) <\/span> or <\/span>favoritism<\/strong> are the most frequent offenses that economic actors may face. <\/span><\/p>\n
