Cet homme est jug\u00e9 devant la cour d\u2019assises du Val-d\u2019Oise cette semaine, soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir frapp\u00e9 \u00e0 mort un compatriote, le lendemain de No\u00ebl, le 26\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2020 \u00e0 Arnouville. La victime avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte dans une cave d\u2019une demeure cossue.<\/em><\/p>\n

Arnouville (Val-d’Oise), mardi 7 novembre. C’est dans la cave de cette belle demeure, place de la R\u00e9publique, que le corps de la victime a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert par les services de police le 8 janvier 2021. <\/em><\/p>\n

Un petit escalier en pierre tr\u00e8s \u00e9troit m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la cave vo\u00fbt\u00e9e de cette belle b\u00e2tisse d\u2019Arnouville (Val-d\u2019Oise). Il faut se baisser pour y acc\u00e9der. Des racks de bouteille sont \u00e0 terre, certains sur un matelas pos\u00e9 tout de suite \u00e0 gauche, dans l\u2019angle de la cave. Dessous, un sac de couchage et deux pieds d\u00e9passent. Le corps de celui que tout le monde appelait Arthur est ainsi d\u00e9couvert par les services de police le 8 janvier 2021.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sergiu Baicev, 37 ans, qui n\u2019avait plus donn\u00e9 de nouvelles depuis le 26 d\u00e9cembre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, est vite identifi\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 son visage fracass\u00e9 par les coups. L\u2019enqu\u00eate qui \u00e9tait ouverte pour disparition inqui\u00e9tante a pris une tout autre ampleur ce jour-l\u00e0, lorsque les enqu\u00eateurs de la police judiciaire, tout juste cosaisis de l\u2019affaire, ont pass\u00e9 au crible la b\u00e2tisse de la place de la R\u00e9publique.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pr\u00e8s de trois ans plus tard, trois hommes sont dans le box des accus\u00e9s depuis lundi, devant la cour d\u2019assises du Val-d\u2019Oise. L\u2019un d\u2019eux, Vitalic S, surnomm\u00e9 \u00ab le cobra \u00bb, doit r\u00e9pondre de l\u2019assassinat de la victime, moldave comme lui. Cet homme de 42 ans, chauve, au visage ac\u00e9r\u00e9, est l\u2019auteur pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 des coups mortels.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qui est Vitalic S ? \u00c2g\u00e9 de 42 ans, mari\u00e9, p\u00e8re de deux filles, il travaille dans le b\u00e2timent au moment de l\u2019affaire. Arriv\u00e9 en France \u00e0 Sarcelles en 2019, c\u2019est \u00ab un homme calme et tr\u00e8s respectueux \u00bb, assure son \u00e9pouse. \u00ab Il est serviable et s\u2019occupe bien de sa famille \u00bb, ajoutent des proches qui \u00e9voquent \u00ab un p\u00e8re exemplaire \u00bb. Pour d\u2019autres, \u00ab il s\u2019\u00e9nerve facilement et peut \u00eatre violent quand il est frustr\u00e9 \u00bb, notamment pour le maire de son village en Moldavie o\u00f9 l\u2019accus\u00e9 a quitt\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cole en seconde pour se former \u00e0 la menuiserie. Devant l\u2019enqu\u00eatrice de personnalit\u00e9, il a refus\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9voquer ses condamnations en Moldavie ou il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/em><\/p>\n
